Group Structure Protocols

All members are expected to abide by and agree to the protocols as outlined herein.

• Group Member Structure
  • Any changes to group structure will only be announced in person at a meeting, by a direct email from the Director or a direct phone call from the Director.
  • No change to group structure will ever take place in person, by phone or email from anyone other than the Director
  • As a follow up to a change in group structure an email will be sent to ALL members that highlights the change in membership status or structure.
  • The above steps are the only way a change in group structure can and will be addressed
