C.A.S.P.E.R

C.A.S.P.E.R  stands for Client Advocacy Services Project and Emergency Response. The Philadelphia Area Paranormal Society ™ is interested in providing a support network for clients needing various types of help that we may or may not be able to provide. (See our Investigation Process page for an example of what we do) Some groups specialize in certain areas of the paranormal that we may not be involved in. If you seek specific type of help or assistance above and beyond what we do we will attempt to put you in contact with the proper people.   C.A.S.P.E.R  is just beginning in 2009 but we are hoping it grows in leaps and bounds going forward.
